I brought in my son’s Avalon right before his military move to Louisiana, and they seriously saved the day. We were working with an extremely tight window between the end of his training and when he had to report to his new station, so every hour counted. Not only did they knock out the inspection, but they also caught a leaking water pump we had no idea about and managed to squeeze the urgent repair in right on time—all at a very fair price. OMG! As a woman when I walk in an automotive shop I expect greasy floors and car parts everywhere. But Not here. CLEAN, MODERN, Nicely decorated, Professionally  runned. And extremely friendly. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place!!! If I could give it 10 stars I would!!

100% honest!!! When I asked about having them replace the head gasket on my 2018 Honda Accord, he told me that "earlier that morning" Honda had extended the warranty because it was a recurring problem. A fantastic autoshop! Khalid was extremely friendly and helpful! Was able to get my car serviced quickly the shop is very clean and so nice I can't reccomend it enough. Ironwood has a uniquely modern business model and Honda-certified mechanics. I've been to Ironwood for a few oil changes and repairs. The front desk staff are friendly and knowledgeable. As a woman of color, I'm glad to report that they are not condescending or patronizing. (One idiot at a dealership spoke more loudly and slowly to me after I asked a simple question.) Their after-hours pickup option is super convenient; I couldn't pick my car up by 5p so they stored my key in a well-lit combination box and texted me the code. This time, they went above and beyond by figuring out an intermittent electrical issue that has plagued my Fit for almost two years. I suffered multiple trips to dealerships and another Honda mechanic who couldn't figure it out, but Ironwood did! They kept me updated along the way, and asked if they could spend a little more time on my vehicle until they figured it out. And their price was more than fair. These guys always do high quality work. They most recently helped me with navigating a botched repair job by another shop (avoid Caliber Collision at all costs)
