While we have over 20 years of specialized repair experience in Honda, Acura, Toyota and Lexus we do have the ability and know how to work on other makes and models. If we ever feel that we cannot take on the job ourselves we will have a quality referral ready for you.
We have a Night Drop box at the rear of the building for after-hours drop off’s. Fill out the envelope and seal your keys inside of it before placing it into the mail slot. We will get it the next morning we are open.
If you are not able to pick-up during our open hours we are able to take payment securely online or over the phone and once your bill is settled up we can place your key in a secure location for after hours pickup.
Here at Ironwood we stand behind our work. We offer a 24 month, 24,000 mile (whichever comes first) warranty on our work and on most parts that we order and install. If you have a question specifically about our policy, or about your specific repair warranty, please let us know.
We do not install customer supplied parts. We found more often than not wrong parts or low quality parts were being supplied. We order and install parts we can stand behind and offer a 24month/24,000 mile warranty (whichever comes first) on parts ordered and supplied by Ironwood Automotive. In the end, this results in faster turnaround times and an overall better experience for the customer.
Yes. We work with most extended warranty providers. If you have an extended warranty, you can discuss your carrier with our team when scheduling an appointment and confirm that the work will be covered.
Yes, we have certified State Inspectors on location at all times.
