About Us

OUR MISSION

Our mission here at Ironwood Automotive is to create a welcoming, judgment-free atmosphere where people can have their car serviced or repaired and leave feeling at ease and educated–all for a fair price. We are able to provide most of the services of the dealers without the huge overhead and markups.

We believe the customer experience in the industry can be elevated to one where our clients feel they are being treated fairly, getting good value and receiving great service. We pride ourselves on offering a clean, comfortable environment and efficient, reliable services. For our employees, we want to create an environment where they can learn and grow, be fairly compensated and maintain work/life balance.

It’s not difficult. Treat your customers and employees the way you’d like to be treated. Hire people that share your vision. Know your craft and share that knowledge with all. Operate with transparency and efficiency. We’re not perfect, but this is what we strive to do every day. We’d be honored if you would give our small business the opportunity to serve you and we always welcome your feedback on how we’re performing.

ABOUT US

AARON WILLIAMS

Aaron Williams, owner/operator and Master Technician at Ironwood Automotive, has had a love of taking things apart and putting them back together ever since he could drive. Before he had his first job in an auto shop he would routinely take his own cars apart in his parents’ driveway.

Aaron has 20 years of experience as an automotive technician and has been a certified state inspector for 15. He is a problem solver by nature and is especially adept at explaining car repair to customers. Having grown up in a family of Honda drivers it is only natural that his passion is working on Honda and Acura of all ages. Aaron worked at Wallace Automotive, a Honda/Acura specialty shop, for 14 years. After many years of honing his craft he has now set out to fulfill his dream of owning an automotive shop of his own. A shop where the customer feels welcomed and educated and where the communication is clear and transparent.

In her free time she enjoys traveling, riding motorcycles and spending time with family.
